Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. i1scr reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balance or winnings associated with them.
i1scr may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to complete KYC verification procedures. This may include, but is not limited to, submission of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by i1scr are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published in conjunction with the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is conferred. All bets placed on the i1scr Platform are final once confirmed by the system. i1scr reserves the right to void any bet where an event has been cancelled, postponed beyond a specified threshold, or abandoned before completion. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance at the applicable odds, or at evens (1.00) where appropriate, in accordance with specific sport rules.
All casino games offered on the i1scr Platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by i1scr, the Player, or any third party. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, i1scr's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
i1scr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, violation of the prohibited conduct provisions, or any circumstance that i1scr reasonably believes puts the integrity of the Platform at risk.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting i1scr's customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending wagering activity, applicable KYC requirements, and settlement of any outstanding balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6.
Upon termination of an account, the Player's access to the Platform will be revoked. Any bonus funds credited to the account at the time of termination — whether due to breach of Terms or voluntary closure — will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) that are legally owed to the Player will be returned subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

Where material amendments are made, i1scr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players by email or via prominent on-site notification, where practicable. The current effective version of these Terms will always be available on the i1scr Website.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
